A/C Delete Pulley for 1.8L 16v MK2 VOLKSWAGENS's

Our easy A/C delete Pulley  is designed so you can easily remove your air conditioning compressor (and everything else). No hunting for parts, calling junk yards, and looking for the parts that you need. Just put on this pulley in place of the factory alternator pulley and change the belt to standard belt #15445. The alternator stays right where it is, the bracket does not change. It's like putting your car on a diet!
 APPLICATION:
This pulley was designed for and tested on  A2 1.8L 16V Jettas, Golfs, and GTI's. It will work on power steering and non-ps cars.
 

This pulley installs like the factory, it utilizes the factory key and keyway.	This newly designed steel pulley, is based on our 8v pulley design which has now been tested for 40,000 miles! No pulley wear.
Why my pulleys are NOT made of aluminum!	The 8v Prototype was made of 6061 Aluminum, after 6,000 miles it has worn very badly!
